1. About MyPartyPlan

MyPartyPlan ("we", "us", "the platform") is an online marketplace connecting customers with birthday party venue operators ("vendors") in Bengaluru, India. By using our platform, you agree to these Terms of Service.

2. Bookings and Confirmation

• A booking is not confirmed until an advance payment has been received and the venue has accepted your booking.
• Advance payments are typically 30% of the total package cost. The remaining balance is due before the party date as specified in your booking confirmation.
• MyPartyPlan acts as a payment facilitator; the contract for the party experience is between you and the venue operator.
• Venue confirmation is typically provided within 2 hours of advance payment during business hours (9am – 9pm IST).

3. Cancellations and Refunds

• Cancellation policies vary by venue and package. The applicable policy will be shown on the package detail page before you book.
• If you cancel more than 48 hours before the event, you may be entitled to a partial or full refund of your advance payment per the venue's policy.
• Cancellations within 48 hours of the event may result in forfeiture of the advance payment.
• If a venue cancels your booking, MyPartyPlan will facilitate a full refund of any payments made.

4. Payments

All payments are processed securely via Razorpay. MyPartyPlan does not store card or banking details. Prices displayed are inclusive of applicable GST unless otherwise stated. Payment links are sent via WhatsApp or email after your booking request is received.

5. Accuracy of Information

Venue details, package inclusions, pricing, and availability are provided by venue operators and kept up to date by MyPartyPlan. While we make every effort to ensure accuracy, we cannot guarantee that all information is error-free. If you notice an inaccuracy, please contact us immediately.

6. Customer Responsibilities

• You are responsible for providing accurate guest counts and party details at the time of booking.
• Significant changes to guest numbers after confirmation may incur additional charges per the venue's pricing.
• You agree to comply with the venue's house rules, noise restrictions, and capacity limits.

7. Limitation of Liability

MyPartyPlan is a marketplace platform and is not responsible for the quality of services delivered by venue operators. Our liability is limited to facilitating refunds in cases of verified venue fault. We are not liable for indirect losses, including loss of enjoyment or consequential damages.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from use of the MyPartyPlan platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Bengaluru, Karnataka.
