- Contact details: your name, mobile number, and email address when you make a booking or callback request.
- Party details: preferred date, number of guests, and any special requests you provide.
- Birthday person details: name and date of birth of the birthday guest, when provided.
- Payment information: transaction references processed via Razorpay (we do not store card details).
- Usage data: pages visited, search queries, and device/browser information via analytics tools.
3. How We Use Your Information
- To process and confirm your booking.
- To send booking confirmations, payment links, and reminders via WhatsApp, SMS, or email.
- To share relevant details with the venue operator to fulfil your booking.
- To improve our platform and personalise your experience.
- To comply with applicable laws and regulations.
4. Sharing Your Information
We share your booking details (name, phone, party date, guest count) with the venue operator to facilitate your booking. We do not sell your personal data to third parties. We use trusted service providers including Razorpay (payments), Resend (email), and Gupshup (WhatsApp/SMS) who process data on our behalf under strict data agreements.
5. Data Retention
We retain your booking information for up to 3 years to support customer service, dispute resolution, and legal obligations. You may request deletion of your data by contacting us at the address below.
6. Your Rights
Under India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act (DPDP), 2023, you have the right to:
- Access the personal data we hold about you.
- Correct inaccurate personal data.
- Request erasure of your data (subject to legal obligations).
- Withdraw consent for processing, where consent is the lawful basis.

We use industry-standard security measures including encrypted connections (HTTPS), row-level security on our database, and access controls to protect your information. Payments are processed by Razorpay, a PCI-DSS compliant payment gateway.
